Four Elements Adventure specialises in training and consultancy for those involved in Outdoor Adventure Activities. We prepare people to take groups into the outdoor environment safely, both commercially and for leisure. We focus on Outdoor Instructor training, Beach Lifeguard training, event safety and training/provision of personnel for specialist outdoor events. We now have bases in both England and Ireland and operate UK and Ireland wide.
Our consultancy service helps outdoor businesses, outdoor event organisers, and freelance instructors, in all matters within the outdoor adventure and education sector.
One of Four Elements primary aims, is conceived from an enjoyment of the natural environment as a playground for outdoor adventure activities and thus we strive to retain it in its current, if not enhanced natural state, by conducting beach and coastal clean ups as well as promoting environmental education and the 'leave no trace' principles.

Four Elements Adventure vast experience in running single and multi-activity outdoor adventure challenges. In addition to traditional hill walking events, we offer kayaking and open canoeing, coasteering, large abseils from buildings or within a mountainous environment, raft building, zip-lines, tyrolean traverses, adventure races, themed survival challenges and much more!
Our friendly, personal approach guarantees your challenge event will be an action-packed learning experience to remember. Whatever you choose – hills or mountains, paddles or pedals – they’ll be talking about it long after the weary ride home. Whatever the elements throw their way!
We offer advice and will organise, run and staff the event. From carrying out risk assessments to facilitating arrangements of both transport and accommodation for you. If you have an idea no matter how wild give us a call, we can help with every element.
EVENT SAFETY
Planning an event on, in, or near the water or on steep/mountainous terrain?
We can provide you with the appropriate cover for your event.
The Four Elements team are trained to the highest standards in water safety operations, outdoor and aquatic first aid (up to Advanced Paramedic level) open water lifeguarding, mountain safety operations and industrial ropes access techniques.

STAFF TRAINING
